Please complete this form as best as you can so that we can provide you with the most relevant license. Information should be accurate as licenses will be offered based on the information provided.

We aim to respond to all license requests within 24 hours. If you do not receive an email after this period, please email licenses@declandp.info with the subject 'License Request Submitted'.

Submissions must be completed by persons over the age of 18.

I understand that music by Declan DP can ONLY be used as background music within my project (and ONLY after a valid license has been provided to me).
